napping and knitting

all i want to do is nap and knit.
is this the preliminary stages of hibernation?
i can feel the pending winter in the air.
i hope my energy levels boost again some time soon

can't write... too busy making, and planning.
i hope the things in my head will look as beautiful once they are made.

why does fable love to sleep on mohair?
and how did she get to be so adorable?
why is the hardest (or most tedious) part of the project always the last part?

something yummy with my salvaged cotton

why?

why does my 'to knit list' seem to get longer and longer
far quicker than my 'have knit list'?
why hasn't my silk lining arrived in the mail?
why am i procrastinating hand sewing the vintage dress?

how much yarn is too much?
how many unfinished works are to many?

exactly twice the distance between the centre point and the end.

moving house

gardening has come to a halt.
my landlord is selling my house.
i hope i can harvest the pumpkins before i move.
i guess it's an opportunity to focus more energy on my knitting and sewing pursuits.

why?

why are my cats so beautiful?
when do fish become pets?
why do i love jo sharp yarn so much?

why do I knit with such small needles?
it seems like such a good idea at the beginning.
I like the effect...
it just makes everything take forever.
